Pro checkout is not open yet. This page describes the refund terms we intend to offer; the final version will be published before checkout opens.

30 days, full refund

If CrashWhy Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and you get the full amount back. No questions about why.

How to ask

Reply to your order email, or email oddlab.official@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, back to the original payment method.

What happens to the license

When a refund is issued, the Pro license key is deactivated. CrashWhy keeps working with the Free features; your local history stays on your PC.

The free version

CrashWhy Free costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Try Free first to see whether CrashWhy finds the cause on your PC.
