What to include about a crash

• When it happened (date and time) and what the PC was doing — gaming, idle, asleep, updating
• Whether you saw a blue screen, a black screen, or the PC simply turned off
• The event IDs from that time if you have them (41, 6008, 1001, 1074) — the crash logs guide shows where to find them
• Your Windows version and CrashWhy version

Please do not post or email license keys, passwords or full memory dump files.

Bug reports and feature ideas

Tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and the steps to see it again. Fixes and new features are listed on the updates page when they ship.
